SYSTEM ENGINEER
We are looking for candidates to fill our customer focused support roles. You must have Linux or Windows system administration in a networking environment DNS theory (minimum). The role involves telephone/email technical support, pre-sales technical assistance, server setup/configuration and support and new solutions provisions and troubleshooting. The position works on a rota system to assist clients out of hours.
• Windows Engineer Experience in IIS 5/6, SQL 2000/05 and Windows Server 2000/03 is essential. Working knowledge of Exchange 2000/03 is advantageous.
• Linux engineer: Experience in Apache 1.x/2.x, RedHat/Fedora, PHP 4.x/5.x and MySQL 4.x/5.x. is essential. Working knowledge of PostgreSQL 7.x/8.x, Qmail,DNS/Bind is advantageous.
SALES EXECUTIVE
We are seeking a bright, highly motivated, self-starter, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join USONYX sales team. This position's primary responsibilities include responding to sales enquiries, developing qualified leads through targeted outbound calling and closing business. The person must have superior follow up skills, the ability to respond under pressure, work to a monthly target and be able to effectively communicate over the phone, through email and face-to-face.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2+ years successful New Business sales experience, incorporating value/service selling ideally within an IT/ Software/ Hosting/ Telecoms/ Infrastructure/ Linux/ Microsoft technology sector.
- Professional Sales training and sales process knowledge.
- B2B and B2C Sales experience
- Strong communication and written skills
- Goal oriented, with a superior work ethic.
Main duties:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quota with extremely competitive commission earnings potential.
- Responsible for full sales cycle from lead to close.
- Proven territory development skills. Must be able to generate and qualify excellent customer leads.
- Effective management of own time.
- Management of the quality of overall deliverables including peer review of other’s output.
- Work closely with Sales Engineers to perform feasibility assessments of how well USONYX solutions meet the customer requirements and what customisation would be required.
- Maintain clear understanding of how existing customers are using USONYX solution
