I want to terminate my hosting, can I get a refund?
Written by AdministratorWe are regretted to hear that you want to terminate your hosting subscription with us, however there isn't any refund for early termination. We may consider transfer the ownership existing hosting subscription and have the domain name replaced to minimize your losses.
The answer is NO. You can't rename or change a domain name has been registered successfully. However,you can order and register a new domain name to replace your exisitng domain name hosted on your current hosting plan.
You can consider to host your old domain name as an alias to the new one or vice-versa.
Can I change my hosting plan from Linux to Windows or vice versa?

The balance of the subscription will be credited and use to offset the new hosting plan.
